HUNTING SEASON: Along with the start of autumn comes the hunting season. Pennsylvania generally does not allow hunting on Sunday. During the rest of the week, hikers should wear orange and be aware of their surroundings when in areas where hunting is allowed. KEYSTONE TRAILS ASSOCIATION: KTA holds two meetings a year. These events host an exciting weekend of hikes, trail updates and general information concerning hiking trails in Pennsylvania. The next meeting will be in Wellsboro, PA on April 23 - 25, 2010. In addition to the meeting, Wellsboro is a charming and quaint town near the Grand Canyon of Pennsylvania.
